Josh was so amazing at the Salt and Light event this past Wednesday! The EC had not shown up yet so Josh immediately stepped up and became the interim EC. He did an amazing job making sure people were there and calling those who were. Since none of us had been there before and he had, Josh also made sure we knew what we were doing when we got there liking signing in and making sure everyone had a job. I don't think the event would have gone so smoothly has he not been there. Josh is such an amazing person and it was awesome to see him step up like that!!!
Friendly Soul - Takudzwa George
Takudzwa is an incredibly passionate and interesting individual that everyone should try to be friends with. He’s a well-spoken person that has an air of leadership and open-mindedness that makes everyone feel comfortable and at ease. I remember right after Leaderpalooza he offered to help me find my lost keys, which turned into a 2 hour conversation about what each of us wanted to do after college. Not only is he a great listener, he is dedicated to solving problems and thinking outside of the box both in service and out of service. Do not forget his face and say hi to him! It’s okay, he’s used to people mispronouncing his name!
Rippling Service - Pranav Raman
Pranav went out of his way to try to make the service event as efficient as possible. Not only did he do so, but he also made the service atmosphere very engaging and did not complain at all when he was told to do difficult/physically demanding tasks. He went above and beyond in his service acts and his eagerness to get to know everyone he was volunteering with. Go Pranav!
Electrifying Exemplar - Nick Radovan
Nick went above and beyond to make sure our small group hangout this week was really successful. He biked ALL the way to Walmart even though it was freezing cold outside in order to buy all the ingredients we would need to bake and cook things. It was so nice of him to do such a grand gesture for an event he wasn't even going to be at. Nick is always a great person to talk to and get to know and you can really see how kind his soul is from the little things he does!
Pledgendary - Kyle Haile
Kyle, the pineapple boi, has been an amazing, well-rounded pledge ever since day 1. He has a positive, infectious personality that brightens anyone's day and he encompasses LFS to the max. He does lots of service, very friendly, and exhibits great leadership as the PCO of dynasties. He is always trying to include everyone and is doing so much for freshman taking a whopping of 18 credit hours! If you see him, take time to get to know him because he’s a pretty kewl guy
